The Batch of 2014 graduates with flying colours amidst the presence of faculty members, guests, dignitaries, friends and family

Scholars and students taking oath to serve the society and use their knowledge for the benefit of mankind created a stirring tableau at the 4th Annual Convocation of Jain University. The University espouses principles of human development and growth through education and the batch of 2014 graduated amongst resounding oath of the graduates to emulate these principles in their everyday lives. As the words of oath echoed in the auditorium at the Global Campus of the University, its graduates firmly staked their claim to make a place for themselves in the world in keeping with the spirit of truth and justice. The University officials, faculty members and parents of graduating candidates were in attendance at the ceremony.

convocationGraduation is no doubt a special time of the year, whereby candidates receive the rewards for years of hard work. It is marked by an enthusiasm that perhaps, is not witnessed by any other event of the University’s calendar year. The entire staff of the University goes through a rigorous process to ensure that the Convocation Ceremony goes without a hitch and everyone involved can take back resplendent memories of one of the most important days in their lives.

conv1The preparations for Graduation begin months before the actual date. With six faculties, a number of departments and multiple specializations available, it is a monumental task to collate the data itself of the students and their scores in various qualifying examinations. Result analysis and consideration of students for various ranks and gold medals begins by various committees and panels designated for the purpose. It has to be perfect and fool proof, making the entire process a time taking but nevertheless worthwhile exercise. So, while the scholars and students await their big day, a number of activities keep going on in the background to make the Convocation Ceremony a success.
