There is a quote by someone, which sums up amusement parks very well. “Life is like going to a theme park. Make sure you get your money’s worth by going to all the beautiful lands and scary rides. At the end of the day, you know you will be safe and it is all about great memorable experiences.”
The world’s first amusement park was built in Denmark in the year 1583, called The Animal Park’s Hill. This place, which was close to the city of Copenhagen was a royal hunting ground and was built on natural resources. It was opened to the public almost 200 years later. It did not have any of the rides that modern day amusement parks are associated with. Even today, in memory of the old times, it has a wooden roller coaster that was first started in the year 1932.
